someone please tell me why my car is breakin up before redline its like its hittin anti lag or something

i changed my ngk plugs for some shitty bouch plugs and i thing one of my wires is fucked

You need to provide more information on the car.
I.e. the motor setup, the modifications etc.

Pull your spark plugs & examine them. Then complete a compression test.
It sounds like you have an ignition or mechanical failure.
