Any engine can be "good" with the right amount of money. the question is will it be worth it

personally i like a bosted single cam but it would have to be a single v.better cam chocies to pick from.and if it blows up you can sorce a new one cheap.lol

its great to boost. my buddy had a stock ef with a non vtec single cam and did a junkyard turbo kit basically, and it hauled for what it was. 10psi it did mid 14's. and thats stock motor too.

the only reson i said single v is if he wanted to throw in some after market cams.i love a boosted single

D-series.org singles are great for the money and if you know what your doing u can make serious power with forced induction. think of it like this... $2k for a gsr swap or put that money towards your single cam and you'll have 1quick car.

Yep its all in the tune.A budget boosted d with the right tune will make 200 or more.
