my first guess would be somewhere in the ignition system. the p75 ecu should work fine if it hasnt been tampered with. the ls motor and the b20 motor are almost identical with the exception of the bigger bore in the b20, so that harness will work fine. try the injectors since you are picking them up and then dig into the ignition system. cap, rotor, wires, plugs, timing, etc...
