Yes, just beat on it. That should do the trick

Sounds like a crappy thermostat...

i had to change the one in my accord like 3 times for that problem...

But could be a craptastic radiator to..

I ran a B18B1 in my eg hatch with the stock single slam. radiator and never had 1 overheating problem.... i even had AC!

they do make bigger core raditors.. i have a 1 inch one in my garage.. but the one in my Ek is a 1/2 inch?

dont know why?

1 inch core aluminum radiator FTW! I have never overheated, even with the radiator half empty. True story.

210 isn't that bad for a temp. Now at 240 you have problems.

Really, radiator, thermostat, water-pump, possible electrolosis is an issue with over-heating problems. overheating is a serious problem, especially if you have an all aluminum block and head. Replace the water pump, even if you dont think it needs one. It sounds like you havnt thought of that yet. test. Then follow on thru the list of cooling parts. Simple, Right? Also too far advanced timing will make a engine run hot. When you figure it out, its always like.. Man... I was just thinking that might be the problem... Damn Hippies!!

So just for kix I installed a brand new unit from an 94+ integra, I'm still having the same problem. At idle it starts to overheat, I start driving and the temp drops. Just to recap I've installed a cool temp sensor, temp switch, 3 thermostats, Radiator. System has been flushed, burped, and filled. I'm going nuts.
