Greddy 18g Turbo

I just got a Greddy 18g turbo and will be putting it on a fully built GSR 84.5 mm closed deck sleeved block with stage 3 race head. Can this turbo if boosted enough produce 350 to 400 WHP?

I don't think the 18g flows enough for 400whp without becoming a heat pump.
