3-map sensor
22-vtec malfuncton
45-running rich/lean

If all the problems started after wiring then chances are you done fucked it up.
Since you reset the ECM and the MILs didnt come back on right away none of the wires are unconnected. However since the MIL did come back on Id bet that youve incorrectly wired up the V-AFC.

Which by the way is very easy to do. I made a couple mistakes on mine luckily i noticed them before I started up the car

the V-AFC has been in the car for about 2 months all we did to that was move it from sitting in the cupholder to mount it on the dash we did not change any wiring on the V-AFC just moved it a little

Well then how did you splice into the wiring? Did you solder the connections or use clip-connects? If you didnt solder it or hell even if you did perhaps when you moved it to a new location you caused a strain on the connections. This could cause them to wiggle loose due to chassis vibration and cause an intermitant signal. Second option is perhaps the program on the V-AFC is horribly unrealistic. With a vtec problem map sensor problem and rich/lean problem its quite simple what your problem is its the V-AFC. It deals with all three of those and you also moved it prior to the MIL. Go check it out and if you cant figure out whats wrong check it out again.

And everybody asks me why I havent mounted my AFC yet. Its quite obvious that if i move it from my cup holder with my luck the damn car will blow up.
I think Ill just leave mine in the cup holder.
