Struts and A/C question for my CRX

Ok I have 2 questions here
1: What would be the best bang for my buck when getting some new struts. I already have some neuspeed lowering springs on it now which came with the car when I bought it. What would be the best route to go? Should I replace the springs and what struts should I get?
2: Where can I get my A/C fixed reliably and cheap? I would love NOT to spend over $800.
Any suggestions?

Hey ryjunn I had Neuspeed Race Springs with Tokico Blues Shocks on my CRX...and I didnt really like the ride at all. Most people like a streetable comfortable ride that they can put up with for daily driving...with the Neuspeed/Tokico set up this is kool. But I wanted something stiffer and something that would allow my car to handle better.
Everone knows that the combination of aftermarket springs with stock shocks sucks because its way too bouncy...well thats why I got the tokicos. Well even with the tokicos the damn neuspeeds still bounced alittle. I wanted something stiffer. So I got some generic APC coil overs(I know I know...APC is the number one ricer product producer in the import scene...). It was kind of a bitch to install cuz they didnt fit perfect but they ride awsome. I dont know how stiff of a ride you want but I can hook around corners like an F1 car now (okay not as fast as an F1 car but you get my point). Plus the coilovers were only 130 shipped brand new.
Anyway I think you should look into either
1) Getting Koni shocks with the neuspeed springs or
2) Getting stiffer springs and aftermarket shocks.

I have Koni shocks with H&R race springs. The Konis are not bad at all. Very big improvment over factory shocks. Plus I can adjust the ride height and the stiffness. I would rather have an expensive set of coilovers but I dont have that kind of cash.
