Engine mounts
Diveshafts.No OEM units work exactly
Wiring harness

A/C hoses (optional)
Air intake (aftermarket units are easily modified)
Fuel pressure regulator
HONDA PARTS NOT FROM YOUR CAR
2002-and-up Civic Si throttle cable
1990-1997 Accord shifter box or RSX shifter box
1994-2001 GS-R radiator hoses
2002-and-up Civic Si idler pulley (goes where power steering pump was).

This is the parts list, longblock/tranny notwithstanding, are what's needed to make the swap.
many people have found the base rsx axles to work well, k20a.org has more details about that

harness is 350

the a/c kit is 400, comes with new hoses design to fit the k in an ek

headers ranges from 350(dc) to 800(hytech etc..)

pretty sure we used the rsx throttle cable in our swap, which also came with the shifter box(but we opt for the buddyclub box)

you don't need the idler pulley setup if you want to keep ps, instead, you need a p/s pulley from jackson racing(60) and also a new belt to fit the smaller pulley

hybrid racing now sells a installation dvd, which is 35 dollars, you mighth want to pick one up and just see how involved it is

a friend did our swap and if he wasn't so busy at the time he would've had it done within 2-3 days

the blocks are not the same. the ctr motor has a shorter deck height. that combined with the shorter stroke makes it a 1.6l. the ctr blcok has nothing in common with the itr blcok. and in 2001 i believe that the itr used the same spec cams as the earlier model ctr. correct me if im wrong...

your correct integrex they are the same Ctr makes up for its short stroke with high compression thats what gives it near same power as a Itr motor,

I vote neither.

Build and boost your D16, beat both the swap options in horsepower and torque, plus keep all your stock a/c & steering components intact.

But I'm biased, I drive a turboD. P.s. let me know when you do the swap, I'm always looking for spare parts.
