Default Is my timing off?

Hey guys a made a video of how my car idols, I'm new to this jdm sekret and everything that is on it pretty much. But could my cam cause this it's a milde cam and it didn't do thise before last night. This only happens when it sits at idol for a bit. I think it's my timing or something it also might be running a little rich with the 450 injectors. Any help to get it smoother would help thanks. And yes I know the exhaust tone is bad ass.
Oh and it's got a d16z7 with a turbo cam 450 injectors soon to be exhaust ngk cold spark plugs and a basemapped p28 from vega. [ I know I need a tune but no money so if you want to donate I can pm you my paypal.]

YouTube - V8 del sol

And Alan I know you love how it sounds and I do to but my mom says I need full exhaust or she won't let me drive it, so it's going in for exhaust tommrow 2.5 pipe with it cut off right before the exhaust tunnel turns to go to the axle back. Should sound bad ass still

check for an air leak around the manifold or throttle body. spray some carb cleaner on it and if it bubbles then uve found the leak.

there are 2 holes on the inside of your TB after you take the intake pipe off, you cover the 2 holes with your fingers, if it dies, no leak, if it still runs, you have a leak, THEN you use the starter fluid and when you spray it and it wants to die, then you've found your leak, but no sense spraying that shit if it doesn't leak

and mine exhibited the same issues and it was a failed map sensor, unplug it and see if it throws a CEL and if your car runs better

also, are you tuned?

EDIT: don't touch the idle screw if you don't have to, mine was a MAP sensor issue and i had the idle screw out and it still wouldn't idle when it got warm, new MAP and voila, runs like a raped ape

Alan took it off then put it back on I don't know what it's set at, I think I know whats causing the vacum leak hopefully it solves it on the fuel rail there are three little rubber spacers with studs going thru them to hold the rail on, well I only have one of those spacers in and one of the studs is snapped so I orded them from honda hopefully put them in tonight. It also smells like it has a fuel leak and that is probally the reason or it's just running really really rich.
