You may not have foamy oil, you may just have a foamy leak. Air is squeezing through a leak in your line, and that air is oily, which means it is going to come out foamy or bubbly. As for do you have enough oil, the dip stick tells you that rather nicely.
Fix the leak in your oil line. 50 lbs or oil pressure at idle is good.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

well,
check this shit out.

i kep pooring more and more and more water in to the radiator. finally i said, "Fuck this" and turned the car off. put a drain pan under the oil pan and took out the plug......

and out comes 5 million gallons of coolant /oil everywhere.

god damnit that pisses me the hell off!

brand new everything, and to have an internal headgasket leak like that really gripes my fuckin ass.

now i get to pull the whole motor out and tear the head off, turbo kit off, tranny off. and look for where in the hell it all went wrong since i used all new shit.
FUCK

while the engine was running, i took the oil cap off and it sounded like a Gurgling ,burping, bubbling mess. after i just drained everything out, i calculate that i had about 4.5 quarts of oil and about 4 of the coolant jugs of coolant all mixed together in the block/oil pan at once.

again, it wasnt smoking or leaking out or mixing oil into the coolant.

the coolant was disappearing as fast as i could poor it into the damn radiator.

thats kinda what it sounds like. friend of mine had the same shit happen him. motor sounded the same way bubbly, gurggling sound. i would check that before you pull everything out. if thats what it is, you can just pull the head and throw on a new gasket and you're ready to go.

Do you have an ENDYN catch can setup? Sounds like you have lines mixed up. We actually had a customer with a white turbo Integra do this. Everything the same as you described
