I just went with generic 10-30 motor oil. If I think about it too much Ill just make problems for myself

 

Dont use regular motor oil. It turns into the crap that comes out of your engine at oil changes. The trans will turn black inside.

The OEM stuff stays clean looking. Yes, the lastest honda mtf is thinner than the older version, but if your trans is in good shape you should have no problems.
