Default b16 in crx shifting problem(((HELP)))

well..... all of a sudden my car did not let me go into any gear. i pushed my car to the side of the road and tightened my clutch cable ALOT. well it worked okay for about 2 days and then ,AGAIN, the car did the same thing....i tightened it this time but it was alot harder to tighten and it still was hard to get into gear. what im trying to find out is:
- could this be my shift fork?
- am i using the wrong clutch cable?(stock crx cable)
- WTF can be causing this all of a sudden?

thanks jack

The clutch cable could be slipping, it happened to me before the threads to tighten it up stripped out.

And you can use the stock cable or the da integra one they both work.

the cable threads aren't stripped , and it's almost like the cable is stretching. i have gotten to the point on tightening it that it's hard as hell to tighten n e longer.
im just confused as fuck.

ohh and my tranny mount is just fine. thanks for the input tho redc5.

i was reading that the clutch pedal bracket tends to bend on heavy clutches causing it to not go in gear

I had the same problem on my del sol Check your clutch slave or master cylinder I forgot wich one but mine had a leaky gasket. Will it go into first when the car is turned off then it's the slave or master unless it dosent have one lol.
