i think you should be ok,I have towed 2 eg civics1Spring hill2tampa--1 stpete2tampa" and a 94 integra"from valrico to tampa" with my 98 4door civic..i also towed a 99 integra"portrichy2tampa" with my 94 civic...never one problem but yes on making sure all is balanced cause hardest part is makin turns...

yeah, i'd start with your tank it the back, and then move other stuff up front, and when you've balanced that, put everything else in the middle and keep it balanced

well the tank is going to wigh the most soo its deff going middle back end area

i'd just put it as far back as possible to prevent any chance of splash or leakage onto the car, and then compensate the weight otherwise with the rest of your equipment
