messed up window,need real help!

messed up window,need real help!
i have not a clue where to look for help with this or what people charge ,but i need someone who knows how to fix roll-up windows that wont stay on track. i tried to fix it but failed great at it. my car is a 97 civic cx hatch. any help would be great,or should i just take it to honda?

is it just jumping off the track? have you taken the door panel off and looked at the track. mine came off and all i had to do was unbolt the track move it back onto the window then bolt it back into place. maybe the track is bad... i dont know any shops around here for that type of thing.

^plus one take the door panel off there should be a black rubber lineing in there i bet it has been pinched or loose just look first take your time i am sure its something easy
