Adding ITR or GSR parts to LS engine
Ok Im wondering if this could be done. A buddy of mine has an Integ LS (2000) is it possible to add a Type R (or GSR) head to the engine? Also to further build up could we add ITR Valve springs or any other internals to build up the engine??
Ive heard the low-end of the LS and the high-end of a GSR combo is how to get the best power out of that engine....hoping you guys could help! Thanks

yesit is called ls/vtec ou need to modify a few things.
1.you need to tap a oil line to the block from the head
2.bore the dowle pins
3.get a gsr timing belt
4.get a v-tec ecu
5.lots of gaskets
6.b-series water and oil pump
7.arp rod bolts or endyn rods(arp bolts included)
8.if no rods shot peined rods i would not do that the rods were not made to rev that high. 9.i might of missed something so dont penalize
