i have an LS/Vtec. my build has Endyn "roller wave" pistons that in my particular set-up yeild right around 12.5:1 compression. i have a B16 head with all ITR internals wich is also shaved .040 ARP rod bolts, with a golden eagle LS/V conversion kit. B16 intake mani. LS stock injectors, and a street tune from John Solero.....

my set-up runs very well on 93 pump gas, and pulls pretty good even all motor with an LS tranny. but i am in the process of changing some things around... oh btw my set-up has roughly 60,000 miles on it! woot woot

Your post previous you said b16 pistons have less dome, or at least that's what I thought you were trying to say ("your pistons from your b16 if 99-00 have a smaller dome then the ones on the gsr block.")
Was just pointing out that b16s have more dome than gsr and since they are the same bore, he could use them in a gsr block if he goes that route

yes thats what im saying useing the p30 pistons in the gsr block because they do have the same bore.Ok let me make this clear sorry if i didnt explain it right. i wanna use a gsr bottom end and just put my p30 pistons on the gsr rods slap my head on the gsr block and off i go. Will this work and is it worth the money to get the gsr block or should i take the 600.00 and build my b16a3 block??

thanks tim
