Default b16 setup

Im trying to figure out what kind of setup i should do for my b16... it's a clean slate. i have a b16a block with no pistons and no crank. i want to do n/a (essentially a factory re-build but with type-r this and that). what do you guys think? CTR Pistons? CTR cams? or ITR Pistons? ITR Cams? what is the best setup?
