Unhappy please help!!!!

the problem: my cars fuel pressure wont go above 10
the situation: ONLY when my car is below a quarter and all warmed up will this happen
the symptoms: my car will be driving fine until i go below a 1/4 tank or somewhere around there and my fuel pump starts sounding like it does when theres no fuel in the lines(high pitched whine) and the CEL comes on with a code 20(electric load detector)
possible causes: i did a dual point to multi point injector swap, it may have shorts but HIGHLY doubt it since ive double checked the wiring many times.
i have the battery in the trunk with a 0 gauge wire runnin to the engine bay.
the electric load detector may just be bad.

does anyone have any input or and advice they could give me on troubleshooting and fixing this problem. this is the only problem with my car and its been plaguing me for 3 months now.
