easily the most power is low comp + boost.
really u can just boost the stock motor and do 250+ whp on a safe tune
which imo would be the cheapest and great performance.
if u have the money to build low comp + boost obviously do it. ull get far greater performance and a more reliable motor (if built and tuned correctly)

just remember u get what u pay for and its better to do it right the first time
(from my experience alone i could have done a fully built ls/vtec boosted with the amount of money i spent building/rebuilding because of going cheap the first time with someone who swore they could build a motor)

pistons rods and a little t3 t4 and you will be much happier then doing a high compression bulid shooting for what 200 whp? if you lucky and that takes alot of parts and money...

NA lovers are just people who havent experianced boost yet...

id do 9.0:1 cps or any equivilent piston and eagle rods (3/8ths rod bolt)
And like a spoolin performance turbo setup or equivilent pieced together setup. if you dont have the money to do it all at once, id try and build the motor, then save up for tyhe turbo kit... do no0t be cheap, do not be cheap, do not be cheap.... i dont know how much i can stress this. people including myself have spent three times the money to make one setup good, just because we were either impacient or cheap.... it will be much more worthwhile in the long run when shit isnt breaking on you every day...

-this is just my advice, i was told the same when i started but i didnt listen, and i learned the hard expensive way... so if you cant do it right wait until you can.... PLEASE... from a fellow honda lover to another...

I just spent a little over $4k building an all motor setup and I'm hoping to hit 200whp. With that much money I could have gotten a decent turbo kit and boost a stock motor and make 250whp easily and still have some money left over. You will get the most bang for your buck going with boost.
