You should never break in a motor with Syn anyway. Use really cheep oil, and change it like 2 or 3 times with in a 1000 miles. Then run what you want, I use Moble 1.

i use regular castrol gtx anti-sludge formula.
what about how the oil have less anti wear elements in them????

i used napa oil, it's cheap and its vavoline, made and bottled next to eachother, use any oil, just not the $.99 autozone crap, it's like crude oil watered down....+1 gtx too
