i think i dropped maybe 200 when i stripped out my 91 crx. only left the front interior, nothing in back, under dash, no belly pans or head sheild under neither. just what hte car need to move is what i left

a stripped out car just sucks....sorry....i've passed too many people with stripped out interiors...SHITS WEAK SON!

My buddy just gutted the whole rear section of his 2006 type S. He dropped 3/10's of a second, same exact setup minus some weight. Same 60's as before, just lower ET and 3-4mph faster.. He has I/H/E, and K-pro reflash. Went from consistant 14.5's to consistant 14.2's.
There is my PROOF that weight reduction does help. Im willing to bet most ppl here that say it doesnt make a difference have never done it...
The saying is every 100lbs of weight taken out is 1/10th of a second. Im not saying he took out 300lbs, or anywhere close, but he did have Major results.
