So you got A Header and you need help getting the O2 Sensor loose.
Spray the O2 bung with PB Blaster or WD-40 and using an adjustable wrench , You may need to hit the end of the wrench with a hammer to break the O2 loose.

It's as simple as that

good info ^ but i would use a wrench made to fit the o2 sensor nut, for a improperly adjusted adjustable wrench may slip and round up the nut and lead to more headaches!

Go to advanced and buy and o2 sensor socket and use PB blaster and a breaker bar to get it the o2 sensor off. If it is a stock manifold and has been on for 10 or so years your gonna need a lot of force to get it off.

Also start the car and let the header heat up a little so the metal around the O2 expands and lets go of its 10 year grip.

I hope you don't have my horror story happen to you so to prevent it I won't tell you about it and instead wish you luck.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
