single cam shaved head

get a new headgaket, then take ur head to machine shop have it check out and resurfaced (shaved) they u want them to take of the least amount it takes to make it true (flat) I wouldnt buy a head that has been machined .050" but thats just what i would do

DO NOT USE A HEAD THAT HAS BEEN MILLED THAT MUCH!!!you will never have the timing perfect unsless you use a camgear.Plus will run into problems altho i dont think a stock cam will will come close to the piston but i would not do it....

hey bud you can find a perfectly fine head on this sit for cheap... if youre unsure about the shaved head dont do it

ok.. im gonna shave the head i have down 30 thousandths and run 85 shot noz.. would that be ok with stock injectors?
