Default syncro mesh ?????'s

I heard you can purchase syncro mesh at a GM dealer. I heard that when your car starts acting hesitant to go into gear, it's because the syncros are going bad. Supposedly by adding in syncro mesh it prolongs your syncros there for keeping your tranny from grinding a little longer. Not really sure but my tranny is kinda acting funny and it's not grinding yet but i've heard rumors of syncro mesh and i just want to know if any one has used it and what was the out come. LMk plz and thanks

have used and am using it. shifts smoother but depends on how bad your tranny is and if shifting at high rpms. penzoil syncromesh is the same thing and cheaper. the penzoil is what i am using.

well i mean my tranny doesn't grind so i'm not trying to hide anything but as i said i heard it pro longs it, and obviously it's not going to fix a tranny that went bad, but i'm guessing it will have it last a little longer with out getting messed up as i said originally, well thanks everyone, i would still like to here some more results/input, but it looks like syncro mesh is pretty good

Just send neal a pm he's not that expensive at all, and in the long run it will probably save you money.

I searched a lot on synchromesh and redline. I heard a lot of not so good things on redline. I also read that the pennzoil synchromesh is the exact same thing as the gm synchromesh. same people make it or something like that. a couple people said they tried redline and ended up going back to pennzoil. this was people with s2000s and dsm's and civic. every tranny is gonna act different though so its hard to go off what people say. I also heard from a lot of people that neil isn't that expensive also and you have a tranny you can count on for a while
