GM synchromesh and clutch adjustment
I put in the el expenso GM stuff,.................. before I had problems.
Because of my fast shifts,
I adjusted the clutch to release at the TOP of the stroke.
By the time the pedal hits the floor, it's already been in gear
and that clutch is clamped!........ as the pedal is on it's way back up.-Bob
Not everyone does things the same way.

i havent heard one person have any issues with any trannys he has rebuilt let alone any work he has done for anyone. noone is this town that i know of knows more about hondas than neal.

I've heard some horror stories of using syncomesh. I wouldnt use anything that wasnt in your manual or recommended by Honda. Just use 10w30 as most Honda manuals state, or just get some Honda MTF... just my opinion.

Honda changed its mtf formula a year or two ago and it straight sucks now. I've been using the Penzoil synchromesh on most of the trannies I've done lately and it has been great.

what will i need to go to neal for, it doesn't grind or give me any big problems, it just doesn't shift into gear super easy sometimes in first it takes like a sec, instead of instant, but anyways i guess i'm going to try the syncro mesh from penzoil, so far i've heard good things about the mesh with first hand experience and have heard bad things threw other people that have just heard it by he say she say type deal, so thank you people and i know of neal, but i don't think i need a tranny built yet
