he said the car was tuned on 15lbs wit a walbro 255, he sold the pump and put in a gsr, When i got the car it was on 15lbs, he said i would need to upgrade the pump, I knew this. Thats why i turned the boost down and now the pump is working fine on 10 lbs.

Sounds like a tuning issue. Your going to end up with a blown motor if you don't get the car tuned.

nah sounds like you need to close you spark plug gap cuz your boost is blowing out your spark. find out what your gap is at, i usually gap the spark in my turbo motors at .028-.032, any bigger with big boost and you get that magical rev limiter. do you have an MSD or anything like that?

btw, i dunno what turbo you are using but a walbro 255 should be able to keep up at 15 psi, it would probably do you more justice to upgrade the line from the fuel pump to the fuel rail.

sorry i read the thread wrong, i didnt realize you took the walbro out, WTF ARE YOU DOING BOOSTING WITHOUT ONE!!!???? lol you should probably get ur hands on one....

Get a Walbro 255 hp in and go from there. Something doesnt sound right with the previous owner. He took the Walbro 255 out and replaced it with an oem pump ... ... ...
