Proper Way of Breaking In Motor?!?!

Just the way I have always done it. Get any/all assembly lube, etc. out of the motor

yea i just let them warm up (tune afr dont need to syn timing on K ) and cool down (45min)ish 2 times and do leakdowns both times, then wot on dyno
