very nice you did a selfhone?or you just did it to clean it up and will take it some where?people dont talk about the houseing anymore on the xspower they have changed them for the better i even took 2 of them to my friend at napa and we pressure checked them and they are made alot better.they just still use the same oilO rings that wear out under hi heat..the turbo itself i would say is alot better made for the price..just make sure you dont skimp on the hone if useing New rings

 

yeah i honed it myself. i plan i going with new rings/pistons so i took my time and made sure it was perfect..tomarrow i am going to scrub the cylinders down with dawn to get all the sediment out so nothing could go wrong.

i will take pics tomarrow so you can see my work.

 

as for the seals, by the time they wear out i will have my other turbo bought and ready to drop in

 

ok just hope you did not hone it with no autoPart store grazing blocks and you used a real honing tools..i just ask cause i see kids thinking they did it right and then i get the fun of there rebuilds just cause they tried and save 40bucks on a real hone..BUt good luck on everything never seen someone KNOW its going to take them a year to build something so rep for the wait
