Default b16a with new cams

i have a b16a with stage 2 cams from skunk, all the boltons, port and polish and all the bullshit.. i have the cams set +2 & +2 and i have no power in vtec from 4500 to 6500 but from 1000 to 4500 in no vtech its great with good mixture. when it hits 6500 to 9000 its starts to really open up but now its starts going lean. computer been chiped for ype r cams. now im trying +4in and +2ex. doing a little better with power up top but still being shitty around 4500 to 6000 and going little less lean up top but still lean. when i turn up the fuel pressure it starts to run like shitat lower rpms. just curious if and body has had luck with the cam timing and the car is going back to be tuned on dyno and good info will be appreciated

sounds like the chip your running doesnt like the cams. your problem will probably be gone once it is properly tuned. g/l

Get it tuned. Why put all these nice upgraded parts in it if your not going to tune your PCM to use them?

Look for a tuner in the tuner directory:

You need to get your car dyno tuned.

cant the tuner time the cams too? your not going to feel the timing difference properly if the cams are too big for the program ur running....

Yes your tuner will adjust your cam gears on the dyno.
Claying the motor & dialing the cam gears using a degree wheel is usually the best idea...
