Integra would be your best bet.The h22/h23 isn't as good of a motor as the b series are imo. There really isnt a swap you can do to an integra unless you wanna go k series or ls/vtec.

Basic mods like intake,headers,exhaust,50 shot(Maybe?)and then a chipped ecu thats tuned to your car would give you a good amount of power.

ls/vtec is taking the ls head off it and putting a b16/b18 vtec head on it so you have low compression with vtec. great for turboing

everyone has integras

and the H motors don't have as much as an aftermarket as the B motors, but you can make PLENTY of power on an h motor, while having a car thats a little bit different then the norm

and the preludes were generally made as a little more luxury/performance then the other hondas of the same era

Along with that, they also carried more weight.

They both are decent cars, personally, I would go with an Integra for the body style but I love H22's...

dude you seriously need to chill out. i was not calling you a noob. if you look closely at my post you would see this symbol ^ indicating one post up. reason i said noob to that poster is because 1: his member join date and 2: cause he was talking about putting on a b-16 head "which is true" but he stated the low compression would be perfect for turbo. "which is mostly true". most people who do ls\vtec bump up the compression for all motor applications ditching the stock ls pistons. or people just boost on a stock ls motor. it is not really wise to do ls vtec that way cause you would not be making much power (all motor) and mainy because the ls pistons have smaller valve reliefs which wolud not go to well with the bigger valves of a v-tec head. if you really think about it when you put a vtec head with a stock ls bottom end you have less valve relief and the vtec head carries a higher cam profile than that of the ls cams so if you have any mis-haps that equals bent valve(s). but anyway good luck to you brucebigalo69....keep pimpin!!!!
