nos i wasnt sayin anything bad about the d series motors. all i was sayin is that if your gonna do a swap why not make ALOT more hp and ALOT more compatibility with parts and shit. the motor would be like 800-1000 more... u still gotta deal with installation either way so why not go for the more power.

i heard 93sohc was a fast car. i underestimated it before and tim told me it was fast... i dont doubt it either... small and quick!! relax man

i put a sohc vtec motor in my 93dx 4dr and its pretty quick With header exhaust drop in k&n and some headwork it went 14.8 at 93mph
so dont be puttin down 1.6 sohc vtec motors for only about $1100 im in the 14s with four doors

 

my friend is geting a b18c and is not going to need his 94 si motor i think he was saying its worth like 600 bucks or something around there

and about the d series motors well ............. they kick nobodys ass but they last

 

I know of a few single cammers that can sock it to a double.
