Rubbing left rear
Thanks to all for helping me sort this out.
New info: Last night the OTHER rear wheel rubbed (so both rears touch on a hard opposite turn).
That makes me think problem is the WIDTH of my new rims (8 as compared to 6.5 stock). They stick out an extra 1.5 inch and catch the top of the arch when the springs are compressed (tires have clear marks). The slight difference in upper gap at the left rear could be normal sag from driver-side weight for 48000 miles (I aint no flyweight).
Ill get Cars & Concepts to check for other problems. If everything is cool I may still have a body shop tap in the lips where they touch.

If youre experiencing the same problem on both sides then its probably just an offset problem. Im not too familiar with what kind of offsets Accords like but on civics 45-35 is usually the maximum/minimum range.
i have 19x8s and i never rub and the 6th gens have larger fenders. where exactly is it rubbing? if its rubbing on the lip u need more negative camber therefor u pitch the top of the tire back away from the lip and dont worry about rubbing the control arm bc i have a much more extreme drop and it doesnt. so if u have a camber kit just take it off. camber kits only work good when u lower a car a max of 1.5 and run on stock wheels besides that they blow. Ive seen everything from rubbing on the lower control arm or cutting tires on the lip. granted that it will wear ure tires out a little faster ure only going to lose about 3-5K off the tires. when u have a car thats lowered with a wide wheel u want a negative camber so if the tires are like this / that keeps u from rubbing the fender compared to ure tire being like | and sitting right up against the wheel lip

OK going for the cheapest solution--10 bucks--I had Coast to Coast Wheels roll both rear lips with a baseball bat. Bad idea. Little pointy edges were sticking out and the left still rubbed. So I had Steve Norrid hammer in the lips and paint them. 50 bucks. He did a nice job but the left still rubs slightly if I bottom out on a hard right turn. I guess Ill just live with it since Im not willing to give up tire wear with negative camber. At least the lip is smooth now and wont damage the side wall.

i am sure that the car isnt perfect you s-know as far as both wells beeing the same. hey eventually it will stop rubbing once you wear some rubber off of the tire..i know its afro-engineering but you want the rims on there!!
