Auto to manual swap on 92 DA Teg
hey guys just looking for advice on auto to manual swap. i kno that i need a manual tranny and ecu shift linkage and clutch pedal is there anything else that i would need for swap? thanks guys.
You will need to solder the two thick (I think black with white stripe) wires attached to the auto shifter, shiftlinkages, auto ecu will run the motor fine I just believe the redline is a little sooner, clutch pedal assembly, clutch cable, and new speedo assembly if you really want the full "stock" look.

An auto ecu with a manual car with throw the idle off i think.
It's been awhile since i've answered this question so i'm not 100% sure.

92 teg is a b18a1 obd1...we swapped in a b20b and converted the b20b to obd1 and ran it on the auto ecu for about 2 days then accidently we fried the ecu so we are just going to source a manual one to keep the rev limit at 6900...I think the auto redline is like 6200 can't remember now and can't check either lol.

They are in the Park/Drive/Neutral/2/1 display where the auto shifter used to be on the floor board...you will just solder them together but be careful because you will be able to start the car in gear...if you want the safer route you can run lines from there to the clutch pedal switch so they will only make contact when the clutch is pushed in.
