i have alot of play in my shifter when its in gear and out of gear in my prelude. so i figured id ask here before i started messing around with it.lol

If it was the shift linkage I would think that would affect shifting?? I could be wrong though.

You do have a point, well all i read was shifter movement so yea, Actually i had the same prob but it was my shift linkage, half of it broke lol. Shifter Bushings is a place to start sooo
