My hood wont latch... HELP!!! please
I have a 99 integra and the hood will close, but not completely latch closed. How do i fix it the easiest way?

Mark the position of the latch bolts/washers. If the latch hood part comes down in the proper place to latch, raise the latch closer/upward toward the hood by 1/8" to 1/4" at a time, retightening bolts as you go until the latch clicks/latches.
