b16 block and tranny with gsr head?

i dont think the gsr head on the b16 will make it faster than a gsr bc it still wont have the tq. hope this helped.
+1.... I would put a gsr block with the b16 head... use the mugen or spoon head gasket when you do so, its thicker and will increase your compresion... Idk if i would use ctr pistions, just for the fact they are still oem pistions.... if your going to do a build i would just invest and do it right the first time....

.....i think u meant hte say that the mugen head gasket is thinner so it will raise compression.....

as for oem pistons.....they will b fine. im usin em in my ls vtec set up right now. i say get urself some jdm b16 pistons n type r cams n that motor will b a hell of a street machine.
