wow that sucks send the block back to were you got it sleeved at and see what they tell you !! looks like G.E

That is an install or part failure definitely not GE's fault. Looking at the piston it looks like a valve hit the piston have all your valves checked for straightness before reassembly.

judging from the lok of that crank pulley not being stock or some sort of dampnin style unit, and the fact that it IS a B20 block could have something to do with it, B20s have the absolute worst internal engine harmonics of any honda motor made today, combine that and the fact of an aftermarket crank pulley, and being a turbo motor, i could see something like this happening

Hopefully the block is not trashed. I need to pull it from the car and have a reputable machine shop look at it and see if the break in the oil valley is repairable. If not, then it is trashed.

I don't think I will be doing the reassembly any time soon. But checking the valves is a good idea.

from looking at it does not looked trashed just welding alum is tuff maycost a bit but better then trashing a 900sleeved block anyway but does not look to bad good luck

So you are saying there might be a chance to fix it. I keep telling myself that they wont be able to fix it.

yes it can be done im sure,just have to be good at it you will have to cut away more cause it can be to raised up or thick do to how close the rod does swing from it..talk to honda see if they have anyone
