engine rpms to low

hey i own a 98 honda prelude i i dont know what the normal idle rpms are but i think mine are to low like almost killing the engine low and how do i turn them up

What are the idle rpms?

There is a screw on the throttle body, it's basically a stop and with keep the throttle open just a tad, it's more of a 'cover-up' fix though.

I would look and try to find what is causing the low idle.

you can do it with the idle adjustment screw in the top of the throttlebody........when was the last time you had a tune up?
