i would get 205/50/16. my bros works at tires plus and he recommended that size for me.when i was gonna get 16's

205/40/16 if you don't want too much sidewall
205/45/16 if you want a little sidewall and it doesn't look that bad either way.

i have run both 40 and 45 series. i like the crisper turn-in of the 40 series, but thats about the only benefit i ever noticed. im running a 205-45-16 yoko es100 and im pretty happy with them. they grip well in the turns, but they spin when i hit boost in 1st and 2nd. for anything under 200whp they should be fine.
