Default 95~98 / 99~00 Wiring Harness ECU Plug?

Are the actual wiring harness ECU plug from a 95~98 Civic compared to 99~00 Civic the same just w/ different pin outs or are they completely different?

Looking to use AEM EMS 30-1050 box for a custom application, the EMS 30-1050's applications are for a 99~00 Civic DX/EX/SI, 00~01 Acura Integra, etc.......

Any help would be appreciated!

92-95 have the obd1 plugs, 96-98 have obd2a plugs and 99-00 have a obd2b.

Two of the three plugs are the same from obd2a and obd2b.

I can make you something to go to the box if your setup is not correct. The OBD2 plugs are the same, but their pinouts are different. Manual tranny OBD2a, 96-98 civic/96-99teg use the A, C and D plugs. The OBD2b 99-00 civic/00-01teg use A, B and C plugs. All pins being in different spots.

Thanks KJ.

I am actually going to be using the 30-1050 EMS box for my GS300 and wanted to find out what the main differences were between the earlier EKs vs. later ones. I wasn't quite sure if the plugs were the same and just difference in the pin-out. Now that I know, I will need to find myself an ECU plug to mate with the EMS 30-1050 box.

If you have the pinouts for the gs 300 and a stock ecu to use for parts I bet Jason could make a harness that would be somewhat plug and play.
