Cold Air Intake Question

I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on cold air intakes. Like what brand is the best, which brand gives the best performance? i have a 2002 honda accord 2.3L.

Not worth the extra 2 or 3 hp if you have to worry about hydrolocking the motor.

^+1 forgot about my cold air and now i am putting a new motor in my car. Not worth it at all
