Default H22 into an EK 99-00

has anyone done this ?
wut wiring harness is used ?
wen it comes 2 the power steering , new lines have 2 b made ?
a/c lines , do new lines have 2 b made ?

I would ditch powersteering, you dont miss it all once its gone. I don't have powersteering in my h22a Civic Sedan with the old steering rack, its not bad at all. You keep all your civic a/c componets and get a compressor mount made by hcp.

Here is all the swap/wiring information you should need. Don't throw out your old civic harness

Use the stock harness and modify it to fit the motor. I don't think p/s will fit but it would be good to ditch it anyways. A/C can be kept with the HCP A/C mount.

In a follow up to your pm, if boost is in the future I'd go with the gsr swap, especially if you want to keep a/c when boosted.

there right about the ps I have seen it fited onto the car however there will be a small hole on the hood for the pully to clear

so the webbing on the bottom of the hood needs 2 b trimmed ?

No I think you end up with a hole in the hood.If powersteering is an absolute necessity custom p/s brackets should do the trick.

ok but does the rack have 2 b changed out if u go with no power steering ?
