Default no power past 5k rpm(((B16a turbo)))

i have:
-b16a turbo
-msd ignition
-rising rate fuel press reg.

okay well the car is boosting very well. 9psi of pure enjoyment. well, boost hits around 4k and the power falls off @ 5k, the boost never falls off. it is constant as long as im on the accelerator. can it be related to the msd? maybe the fpr? im stuck! any input will be appreciated. thanks
jack

Get the car tuned. Your not using a proper engine management solution.
I.e. An FMU.

if you guys are saying i dont have a chipped ecu, that's wrong, i do have a chipped ecu. it was just a quick tune to get me on the road but nothing that should be making the car do this.

It sounds like something isn't connected. Are you throwing any codes? Is the ECU chipped to trick the MAP sensor?

okay, just some FYI 4 u, someone correct me if im wrong.
if i had a vac leak i wouldnt have boost. my boost is staying a constant 9psi.
so:
vacuum leak/ coupler loose= NO BOOST
im still learning too.

it does seem like something isnt connected.. and im not sure if its chipped to trick the map. im new to the tuning turbo honduhz so im still a novice.

i have a relocated battery to the back.

ok, today i hooked up my battery terminal cable (power up front) with a better type of connection. <hope that sounded clear bc thats the best way i can explain it.
well after that, on my maiden voyage, i found out i had a power after 5k, but only sometimes, and sometimes it would hesitate @ 5k then have power thru the band. it's weird but i found the location of my problem. now i just need to figure it all out.

Do not use a rising rate regulator (unless it is a 1:1 or something like that) with a chipped ecu. Take your car to someone who knows how to tune before you fuck it up.
