First Of All, If You Dont Know What Vacuum Is You Shouldnt Be Working On Your Own Car. Number Two, Why Do You Need A Dyno If Your Car Doesnt Even Run Right?
Do Some Research.

1) go to advance auto and buy a haynes manual for your car
2) check your battery for charge and good connection/grounds
3) check and see if you are throwing any codes
4) check vaccums
5) new dizzy rotor and cap
6) timing set?
7) make sure your harness is not hacked up or groundin out anywhere
check iacv

after that get back to us if this continues. does the car overheat at all?

ps. a vaccum is a black rubber tube that runs all over your engine bay. the rubber tubes that when you disconnect them, no water, coolant, or fuel comes out.
