get a v-tec head and a v-tec conversion kit new head gasket, timing belt , water pump. i would say oil pump but some say all oil pumps after 96 are all the same as the compared GSR and Type R. higher compression pistons. but could go more in depth but its what you want to get out of it and how much you willing to spend. cause if you going to change pistons may as well take apart the block and get a hone then if using stock rods get them resized and\or shot peened. then you will need new bearings also for security arp rod bolt and arp head studs. so it up to you if you want a quickly put together motor or a quality put together motor.
