obd0= 88-91 civic's, crx's, and 90-91 integra's
obd1= 92-95 civic's and integra's
0bd2a= 96-98 civic's
obd2b= 99-00 civic's
for some reason I'm drawing a blank on 96-01 integra's. not sure if they're split like the civic's or all obd2b, cant remember.

obd2 has some sensors and emissions stuff that it looks for. any time your going to tune a honda it is recommend that you run an obd1 setup. mainly for the reasons previously mentioned. obd1 has less emissions, few less sensors to work around, ect....

If you have a 93 hatch, then yes your car is already obd1. What are your plans as far as performance? Motor swap, sohc turbo, ????
