i'm throwing around the idea on doing a ls/vtec build or possibly doing a turbo setup on my girlfriend's automatic integra. i think it would be different and FUNNY to see people's faces when they find out they beat by an automatic honda.

 

i have only had problems w/ autos in honda's

 

yeah ive heard auto suck in honda , never experienced one tho , guess im lucky, so 4-900 bucks just for the tranny would that include everything or just a tranny becuase dont kno alot about cars just know sum basic shit nothin advance such as installing one of these suckers

 

I think you should just keep the accord stock and as a daily driver and if you want something for fun buy a lighter car with a more easily modded engine, when I say easily modded I mean aftermarket support and not have to worry about customizing stuff

 

+1 or sell it and build a car from that... and yes, auto is THAT bad...

lol yeah was thinkin about buying and old hatch or sumthin anyways .... mainly wanted to kno if it was worth the conversion over to manual guess not but for daily driving its not that bad just got 58k on it and still going strong.

 

yea +1 on that if u can get another car or even a shell u can use your accord as a DD instead of investing into going manual u can buy a shell or another car and make that your project then if u want sell the accord and fix up your project even more

 

yeah , but i do love me accord even tho its auto and slow lmao would be hard to part with it...

 

level 10 torque converters....500 bucks and now your tranny will hold up
