I LOVE my EK Hatch, you can keep one pretty much stock, just throw some nice springs/shocks, brakes/pads/fluid, and tires and your set to go!

My mods are as follows:
H&R RACE Springs
Tokiko BLUE struts(want to upgrade to a KYB or KONI)
Integra Front Brakes(rear soon to come also)
Powerslot Integra Rotors
Hawk HP Plus pads
205-50-R15 Falken Azenis RT-615
Ebay F&R Strut Bars

Motor is a stock D16 with Skunk2 Intake Manifold and a intake/header/exhaust. SI transmission with ACT Stage 2 clutch.

They have classes, but civics and integras would be in the lower ones with cars they can compete with. Besides, if you are new to auto-x, they will put you in the amateur class anyways, where it doesnt matter what car you are driving.

an ls integra (94-95) is a good car. plenty of parts. As far as competitive amateur road racing is concerned (SCCA club racing) it is classed alot better (ITA) and is more competitive than a GSR (ITS). Not sure about autocross classes though.

It basically comes down to whatever you have already decided in your head i dont think there are too many people here that have RACED both a civic and an integra, but i will tell you this I know alot more people that have crashed their integra and no one that has crashed their civic. Either platform in the end is great, but I think the civic is a better choice for a budget racer, parts are slightly cheaper(not much though) and IMO a better platform.
