Grinds when shifts into reverse

Reverse gear doesn't have a synchro, grinding is quite common, as ppl above said do the 2nd to reverse and shift while not moving.

i do 4th to reverse works great.

Basically like everyone said, put it into a gear before you go into reverse. and the problem is solved.

reverse grinds because there is no syncro and it is a different type of gear than the rest of them.
putting it in a gear (1-5) helps line stuff up.
reverse is just gonna make noise, there isn't really anything you can do about it.
