Default Surging idle help!!!!!

Hi all i have a 95 accord 4 door LX.

it has the 2.2 non v-tec motor in it.

When the car is in park or neutral it has a surging idle. But when the car is in drive or reverse it just has a high idle. ive cleaned out the idle air controll valve with no luck to fix the problem.

Ive also adjusted the idle screw it doesnt change the idle at all.

Any help here would be great. dropping the car into reverse at 2.5 grand rpm's scares me i dont want to break the tranny..

Does anyone know how to fix this???

Please help!!!!

Would be happy to pay someone to fix this problem!!!!

LMK
